The PENHA Board of Trustees is deeply saddened by the news that PENHA’s Senior Advisor, Prof. Yves Cabannes, Emeritus Professor in the Development Planning Unit at University College London, passed away unexpectedly on 12 January 2025 at 72. The PENHA Board of Trustees, staff members, and associates appreciate his advisory role for the organisation.
